Recruitment of Graduate Engineers in IOC through GATE 2013 (Last Date : 19.01.2013)

Indian Oil Corporation is looking for energetic and dedicated Graduate Engineers for recruitment as Officers/ Graduate Apprentice Engineers (GAEs) in the following engineering disciplines: 

• Civil Engineering (excluding Construction/ Environmental/Transportation Engineering) 
• Chemical Engineering (including Petrochemicals Engineering) 
• Computer Science & Information Technology ( excluding information & communications Technology)
• Electrical Engineering ( including Electrical & Electronics engineering but excluding Electrical & Communication/ Telecommunication engineering) 
• Instrumentation Engineering (Including Electronics & Instrumentation engineering but excluding Electronics & Communication engineering/ Telecommunication engineering) 
• Mechanical Engineering (excluding Production/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering) 
• Metallurgical Engineering

Details of Vacancies: 

Engineers/Officers/Graduate Apprentice Engineers: 250 posts in various discipline,Pay Scale-Rs 24900 (CTC- Rs. 9.30 to 9.90 lacs  p.a.), Age- Maximum 26 years*.

Candidates selected as GAEs for one-year apprenticeship training will be paid consolidated stipend @ Rs.35,000/- per month.  Upon successful completion of apprenticeship training, they may be appointed as officers  in the scale of pay mentioned above. 

* Age as on 30.06.2013, Relaxation in age limit as per reserved categories.

Application Fee: Candidates need not to pay any separate application fee to Indian Oil.
